Returns & Exchanges


Thank you for choosing Blackrag.  

Because of our passion and drive to deliver only the best, we at Blackrag are extremely proud and confident in the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products, but if for any reason you do not absolutely adore your purchase, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund for your items. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that merchandise has not been worn, damaged or soiled, and with all Blackrag and designer tags still attached. 

Where provided, any Blackrag and designer packaging such as authenticity cards, boxes and pouches should be included with your return. If these items are damaged or altered, you may be charged a re-stocking fee.

Please note: Legally and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty, and we do not accept returns on sale items.

As part of Blackrag's quality control, we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. We also take great care with our packaging to ensure that there is little chance your item will be damaged in transit. However we strongly recommend that you check the product for any faults as soon as you receive it, as we cannot accept any returns beyond the 14 day exchange period. As I'm sure you're aware, we cannot accept any items that have been damaged due to buyer’s negligence.

We're confident that you'll love your items as much as we do and we hope you never need to use these, but to make your life easier, all orders include a Blackrag Return Form, a return shipping sticker and a padded envelope.


Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. Blackrag will notify you via e-mail as soon as we have processed your refund. Please be aware that your financial institution may take additional time to credit your account.

Here's how easy it is, simply:

  1. Complete the Blackrag return order form included in your order. 
  2. Securely repackage your merchandise in the envelope provided or an appropriate shipping box/envelope and be sure to include the completed Return Form with it. 
  3. Affix the Blackrag Return Sticker to your package. The Return Sticker was included with your order.
  4. Take your package to your local postal office for mailing. We recommend you ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Blackrag cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records and piece of mind.
  5. Please keep the top portion of the return label for your records and for ease of tracking
  6. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. We will endeavour to complete your returns as quickly as possible, but please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return.


Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative colour or style, and you're desperate to get your hands on your new favourite item, we suggest that you return it for a full refund and purchase the new item separately. 


If we receive your returned item within the 14 days specified in our Returns Policy, we will endeavor to process your returns as quickly as possible, but it could take up to 5 business days from when we receive your item. To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to include the return order form provided with as much detail as possible and all tags & packaging. Please note for refunds, you should allow additional time for your financial institution to credit your account. Blackrag will notify you via e-mail once the return has been processed.
