SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA: FREE!

As part of Blackrag's quality control, we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. We also take great care with our packaging to ensure that there is little chance your item will be damaged in transit.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post using their Express Post service, at no charge to you. All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered the next business day. For remote areas please allow an extra day or two for delivery.

To check the status of your order, sign into your account and click on "View" order status.

Take care when opening the parcel to avoid damage, particularly when using sharp instruments.  

* Please note, Blackrag is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments or unclaimed  parcels. Parcels returned to Blackrag by Australia Post for any reason will incur a returned charge fee of $20.00 and a resending fee of $15.00  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Blackrag offers two shipping options with Australia Post for our overseas customers. To calculate shipping, please use the below charts to check shipping fee to the country you are shipping to.

All prices on blackrag.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Please note: The below postal service prices do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for charges that may be incurred. 

Australia Post's International Pack & Track service is an affordable and reliable.

• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination and subject to custom clearance. 
• Tracking is available for the International Pack & Track service. You may track your package at auspost.com.au/track

Unfortunately at this time, Australia Post only offers the International Pack & Track service to the below countries listed in the chart.  

Australia Post Internatioinal Express Courier is a premium door-to-door service that offers full tracking and signature on delivery to most countries around the world.  

• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days depending on the destination and subject to custom clearance
• Full tracking is available with the International Express Courier service. You may track your package at auspost.com.au/track
• Most countries will require a signature upon delivery for the International Express Courier service.
